Shipping policy
We ship with UPS & USPS, we encourage all our customers to purchase route protection which is offered upon checkout. This will ensure that if your package is damaged/lost or stolen, route protection will reimburse your order. If your order does not have route protection and is lost/stolen or damaged we will work with UPS & USPS to try and resolve the issue to the best of our abilities but we do not make guarantees we will be able to recover or reimburse the customer. By removing Route Protection from your order the customer accepts FULL Liability if the product is lost/damaged or stolen and holds KratomPoint Wholesale harmless.
Once an order is placed it may take up to 24-48 hours to process and then it will ship, assuming your order was paid by credit card. Most orders we will try and ship the same day, that is our goal.
Length of time your order spends in transit is dependent on USPS or UPS and if they have any delays but typically orders should reach the destination 3-8 business days after shipping. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Kratompoint Wholesale, the rates provided at checkout are not for guaranteed days but estimated.
If an order is above a certain value we may request a signature upon delivery. This is done to ensure that your order is received by a person and not left out in the open for someone to steal it. We value you as a customer and want to ensure your order is delivered without any issues.
Shipping insurance is not refundable once the order is shipped out. We do not refund shipping fees if an order is returned back to us.
Orders under $250 will be canceled and deemed as consumer orientated and not for resale.
If we deem it necessary we will request to ship your order to your billing address. If that happens we will contact you via email or phone and let you know about the requirement to change the shipping address. If we do not here back from you within 48 hours of the request we reserve the right to cancel the order.
